Hello, my name is Ata and I am a new network administrator for Windows 2008 platform in a company. I am starting from scratch in this company i.e, creating each and everything, all networking cables, all servers and company's main application ( database ). All servers are based on Windows Server 2008 and this company is retail based business. Following are the servers I have and planning to have. FILE SERVER, DOMAIN SERVER Active Directory, MAIN APPLICATION SERVER, EMAIL SERVER and ISA SERVER.
I will be looking forward for help form all of you experience windows network administrator.

Hello Ata,

Congratulations on your new position. I'm sure it will keep you very busy and hopefully, it will be quite rewarding.

I am not a network administrator. In fact, I know very little about networking, but I hope to learn more. I am studying on my own now and I am getting better at finding answers. Maybe we can help each other.

Bushib is the administrator of the forum and has written many interesting tutorials about networking. You will find them located here.
