In my opinion the best html editor is notepad
or
the javascript editor is good html editor
and now you can download the latest java html editor from the following

I have to agree. You can easily work with html through Internet Explorer and Notepad. Use the View Source feature in Explorer to open your pages in the default Windows text editor (Notepad) to make any changes. Save the file, then refresh your page in Explorer to view the changes. Can't get much easier.
